What our quotation covers

Our surveyor will need to take measurements in the loft and other affected areas.  During our visit, which could take up to an hour, we will explain the different types of extension/conversion suited to your particular roof and the relative cost involved.

Our prime concern will be to provide a layout to suit your needs at a cost you can afford.  After the survey we will produce a detailed, written quotation and a sketch plan drawn to scale.

The written quotation is valid for one month unless extended by us.  Your quotation is on a fixed price basis, unlike an estimate that might change as the work progresses.
