Our company philosophy is to manage our order book in such a way that all our clients are personally known by all of the Taylors.  We seek to provide you with our individual and collective attention, which will result in a conversion Taylor-Made for you!  You can telephone any of us and receive personal input from Perry, Kevin or myself at any given time.  Our family business has been in the industry since the beginning of 1969 and our reputation is all the assurance you need to ensure a happy experience with your conversion.  "You can trust Taylor-Made to deliver".

Out there, working alongside the crews, supplying the necessary knowledge, materials and backup is essential to the smooth running and planning of all our jobs.  I get to see the initial dark and depressing loft spaces being transformed into bright and exiting new living spaces and  still feel joy guiding our clients through the process and seeing the finished result.

About Taylor-Made Loft Conversions

Taylor-Made Loft Conversions has two bases, Worcester and Monmouth.  Our premises are close to the major motorways and trunk roads, enabling our staff to reach your home within a short time.

We built an enviable reputation for both quality and efficiency of our work.  Concious of the poor reputation that follows nearly all builders, we have developed a unique system of a personalised service coupled with fine workmanship.

Every 'Taylor-Made' loft conversion has to be of the highest standard, not just satisfactory.  Our clients are delighted with our approach and as a company we gain new business out of recommendation by these clients.

Complete Service

As well as giving our clients a quality finish and individual service, we can be totally relied upon to carry out all aspects of the work to be done, from plans to plaster.  We are particularly proud of our flexible approach to the needs of our clients, especially when matching of stairs and windows is required.  Our own construction teams are very experienced and work in a way, which causes the least disruption to your household and family.

Self Help

'Taylor-Made' are keen to see the overall cost kept to a minimum and encourage you as a client to find possible savings.  If you wish to have some of the work contracted seperately, for example plumbing or electrics, we will make this reflect in our quotation.  You may even wish to do some of the work yourself, we simply deduct that part of the cost from your quotation.  If you wish we can even carry out 'Shell Only' construction meaning, we complete the specialist work and leave the non-specialist remainder in D.I.Y. hands.

Finance

A lot of our clients raise money to pay for a loft conversion by extending their existing mortgage.  However, we have our own financial consultant who is on hand to help and advise.  This service is free of charge should you require it.

Bankers reference is available if required.
